It's already half way through April! Doesn't seem like we've been in New Caney for 3 and 1/2 months already. Things have been going wonderful here for us. Janie has been able to stay at home with Faith and she is loving it. Faith is a great joy to us and couldn't be any better(isn't that what all parents say?). Janie has been working with her on counting to 10 and saying her alphabet. She's learning colors & shapes and teaching us what a child is capable of. Who knew that a two year old could figure so much stuff out? Aren't they supposed to figure out the playing both sides thing later? Faith and Janie went with some friends to see the Disney Princess on Ice. She loved seeing the Mermaid and Princesses. I think I stayed home and played war games on the computer.
Our ministries have been doing well. I am working in the Youth Ministry(among other things) and Janie has been coordinating the children's ministry. With God's help both ministries have been growing and we are seeing things happen.
Our little house now has a deck on the front that some men from the church put on. We have really enjoyed living on the church property. It's very convenient for both of us and takes some responsibility for things like mortgages away!
